Edinburgh’s Telford College offers a number of ‘Access to Higher Education’ courses which are specifically designed for adult returners wishing to gain entry to a Higher National or degree course. Through SWAP-East (ScottishWider Access Programme), we can help you achieve a qualification to progressto Higher Education at college or university.
There are many adults who have the potential to succeed at university, but think they cannot gain entry because they don’t have the necessary school qualifications, they are perhaps too old, or simply think it’s just not for them. Even if you have been at work or out of work for years, or lack formal qualifications,you can still get into Higher Education.
